加味小柴胡汤结合乌灵胶囊对不寐证患者疗效和症状改善的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨加味小柴胡汤结合乌灵胶囊对不寐证患者的疗效和症状改善的影响。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月确诊并治疗的82例不寐症患者,按随机数字表法进行分组,对照组应用乌灵胶囊,研究组联合应用加味小柴胡汤。观察比较2组治疗前、后的相关匹兹堡睡眠(PSQI)量表指标量化评分差异及变化;2组的有效性、2组治疗后不同时间点下的不良反应(TESS)量表量化评分差异。结果治疗后研究组相关PSQI量表指标量化评分及PSQI总分均比对照组更低(均P<0.05)。研究组有效性比对照组更高(P<0.05)。2组治疗后不同时间点下的TESS量表评分均差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论给予不寐证患者联合使用乌灵胶囊及加味小柴胡汤,可显著提高患者的治疗有效性,有效改善患者相关睡眠障碍症状,且不会增加发生相关不良反应。Objective To investigate the effect of modified Xiaochaihu decoction Combined with Wuling capsule on insomnia and the symptoms improvement.Methods 82 cases of insomnia patients diagnosed and treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with Wuling capsule,and the study group was treated with modified Xiaochaihu decoction.The differences and changes of Pittsburgh Sleep Scale(PSQI)scores before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.The effective level of the two groups,the difference of the quantitative score of Tess in the two groups at different time points after treatment was observed and compared.Results After treatment,the quantitative score of PSQI and total score of PSQI in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05).The effective level of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in Tess scores between the two groups at different time points after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Wuling capsule and modified Xiaochaihu decoction can significantly improve the therapeutic efficacy of patients with insomnia,effectively improve the symptoms of sleep disorders,and will not increase the incidence of related adverse reactions.
