摘　　要：目的通过能力验证计划,对全国疾病预防控制机构大气颗粒物中阴、阳离子的检测能力进行评价和分析。方法于2016年11月按照能力验证计划向68家实验室发放2个不同浓度的大气阴、阳离子质控滤膜,采用超声提取-离子色谱方法检测滤膜中氯化物(Cl^(-))、硫酸盐(SO_(4)^(2-))、硝酸盐(NO_(3)^(-))和铵盐(NH_(4)^(+))的浓度,采用稳健统计分析方法分析检测结果并根据Z比分数评价实验室的检测能力。结果全部68个实验室中,37个实验室4项指标全部合格,占54.4%;3个指标合格的实验室数为14个,占20.6%;有4个实验室所有4项指标均不满足要求。Cl^(-)的检测结果满意度最好,合格比例为83.8%。其他三项指标的合格率均大于75%。SO_(4)^(2-)和NO_(3)^(-)的实验室内和实验室间Z≥3的比例均大于10%。结论本次调查的全国疾病预防控制机构实验室大气颗粒物中阴、阳离子的检测能力总体较好,少部分实验室的检测能力有待于进一步提高。Objective To evaluate the detection capability of labs for measurement of anions and kations in ambient particulate matter(PM)based on proficiency testing among CDCs in China.Methods A total of 68 labs participated in the proficiency testing and each one recieved two quality control membranes with different levels of anions and kations.Ultrasound extractionion chromatography were used to determine the levels of Cl^(-),SO_(4)^(2-),NO_(3)^(-)and NH_(4)^(+)in membrane.The results was analyzed by robust analysis and detection capability was evaluated based on Z values.Results Satisfactory results were reported by 37 labs(54.4%)for all of four indexes,14 labs(20.6%)for three indexes respectively;None of satisfactory results was reported by four labs for all indexes.The percentage of satisfactory results was 83.8%for Cl^(-),and>75%for other three indexes.The percentages of labs with ZW≥3 and ZB≥3 for SO42-and NO_(3)^(-)were all>10%.Conclusion The detection capability of ions in PM of the surveyed labs is satisfactory overall,only a small portion of labs require further improvements.
