摘 要:肝损伤是指由各种损伤因素引起的肝功能障碍,是各种慢性肝病的基础。因此,研究肝损伤的发生机制,筛选保肝药物,探索其作用机理,对于揭示肝损伤的发病机制和提高临床治疗水平具有十分重要的意义。二烯丙基二硫化物(diallyl disulfide,DADS)是大蒜中的主要有机硫化物之一,具有抗氧化、抗感染、调节肝脏药物代谢酶等能力,对肝损伤具有显著的保护作用。该文就DADS对乙醇、四氯化碳、对乙酰氨基酚、氯仿引起的肝损伤的保护效果及可能的机制进行阐述,为后续深入探讨DADS对肝损伤的保护作用提供参考。Liver injury refers to liver dysfunction caused by various injury factors and is the initial pathological changes of various chronic liver diseases. Therefore,it is of great significance to study the mechanism of liver injury,screen hepatoprotective drugs and explore their mechanism in order to improve the level of clinical treatment. Diallyl disulfide(DADS) is one of the main organic sulfides in garlic,and it has the abilities of antioxidation,anti-infection,regulation of liver drug metabolic enzymes,and has significant protective effect against liver injury. In this paper,the protective mechanisms of DADS on liver injury caused by ethanol,carbon tetrachloride,acetaminophen and chloroform are described,which will provide reference for further study in this field.
