摘　　要：党的十九届五中全会指出我国将进入新的发展阶段,以习近平同志为核心的党中央立足为人民谋幸福,为民族谋复兴的初心为全面建设社会主义现代化国家谋篇布局,提出了一系列新理念、新思想、新战略,为东北老工业基地振兴战略深入实施提供了理论指南和实践指引。东北地区要强化党的领导,发挥制度优势,加快推进全面振兴、全方位振兴。The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee pointed out that my country will enter a new stage of development.The Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core is based on the original intention of seeking happiness for the people and rejuvenating the nation.It is a layout for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country.A series of new concepts,new thoughts,and new strategies provide theoretical and practical guidance for the in-depth implementation of the revitalization strategy of the old industrial base in the Northeast.The Northeast region must strengthen the leadership of the party,give full play to the advantages of the system,and help the Northeast region get out of the difficulties faced by the revitalization and accelerate the progress.The Northeast is revitalized in an all-round way.
