摘　　要：社区社会资本主要表现为社区的社会网络、社会规范和社会信任三个方面。失能老年人因其生活能力受限,主要通过亲友向外扩展社会网络。当前经济社会发展迅速,部分家庭照顾者对失能老年人关注不够,致使其社区社会网络范围较小且扩展速度慢。社区社会规范往往强调或者导向对普通社区成员的关注,忽略失能老年人的诉求。过多的家庭依赖制约了失能老年人向外寻求物质帮助和精神寄托的动力,社区发展也因重视社区优质的一面而弱化了对失能老年人社会参与、休戚与共、守望互助的责任,从而影响了失能老年人获取社区社会信任资本。社区社会资本是促进失能老年人社会融入的重要途径。分析失能老年人社区社会资本弱化对其社会融入的制约,并提出增进失能老年人社区社会资本的建议,可以为失能老年人融入社会提供有益帮助。Community social capital refers to the social network, social norms and social trust of the community. Older people with physical impairments expand their social networks mainly through their relatives and friends due to their impaired mobility. Rapid economic and social development and insufficient attention paid by family caregivers to those elders lead to their small social network and slow expansion of the network. Community social norms tend to focus on or direct attention to ordinary community members, ignoring demands of older persons with physical impairments. Too much family dependence discourages those seniors from seeking material aid and spiritual support;communities only emphasize the bright side and weaken their responsibilities in social participation, solidarity and mutual assistance, which leads to a decline of the social trust capital for older people with physical impairments. Community capital is an important path to promote social inclusion of those elders. This paper thus analyzed the influence of community capital on social inclusion of older people with physical impairments, and put forward some suggestions to increase community capital invested in them, which can provide some help for their social inclusion.
