摘　　要：本文基于已经披露的信息,从公司资本运作的视角,对国内首批9只公募REITs产品进行了详细分析,并结合建筑企业的具体情况,就建筑企业如何把握公募REITs发展机遇、促进建筑企业财务管理能力提升提出了具体建议。Based on the disclosed public information and from the perspective of corporate financial operation, this paper makes a detailed analysis of the product design of the first batch of nine public REITs in China and puts forward specific suggestions on how to grasp the opportunity of public REITs and improve the financial management ability of construction enterprises.
