摘 要:湖南亚华种业科学研究院利用传统系谱法与分子标记辅助选择技术相结合,成功培育出株型理想、不育转换起点温度低于23.5℃、育性稳定、异交性好、配合力强的两用核不育系晶4155S,2014年该不育系通过湖南省品种审定。全基因组重测序分析结果表明,晶4155S含有51.0%的早籼遗传背景和8.7%的粳稻遗传背景,为充分利用"早晚生态型间和籼粳亚种间"双重杂种优势奠定了遗传基础。依据分子设计和杂种优势群理论,按"双亲抗性基因互补"和"双亲品质基因一致性"配组原则,高效培育出集抗病、优质、广适与高产协调的晶两优系列杂交组合,该系列组合也迅速成为中国南方稻区的杂交稻主要种植品种,推动了长江流域杂交中籼品种的更新换代。Using the traditional pedigree method and molecular marker assisted selection(MAS) technology, Hunan Yahua Seed Industry Scientific Research Institute successfully developed Jing 4155 S, a thermo-sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS) line in rice with ideal plant type, low critical sterility-inducing temperature(< 23.5 ℃), stable fertility, good outcrossing and high combining ability. In 2014, Jing 4155 S was registered by Hunan Provincial Crop Variety Appraisal Committee. The whole-genome resequencing analysis showed that Jing 4155 S contained 51% of the earlyseason indica rice genetic background and 8.7% of the japonica rice genetic background, which laid a foundation for making full use of the double-heterosis of "early-season indica rice ecotype with late-season indica rice ecotype" and "indica rice with japonica rice". Based on the theory of molecular design and heterosis group, and the principle of "complementation of parental resistance genes" and "uniformity of parental grain quality genes", a series of Jingliangyou hybrid rice varieties with disease resistance, high grain quality, wide adaptability and high yield were efficiently developed. This series of hybrid rice varieties became quickly the main hybrid rice varieties in southern China, promoting the updating of medium indica hybrid rice varieties in the Yangtze River Valley.
