摘 要:为更为系统全面地了解生物基醛鞣剂(BAT)的鞣制特性,本文以小分子生物基醛鞣剂(S-BAT)为研究对象并将其用于浸酸牛皮鞣制,系统考察了鞣剂用量、预渗透时间、提碱结合时间提碱固定pH和温度等鞣制工艺条件对S-BAT鞣制白湿革性能的影响。结果表明,在优化条件下,S-BAT鞣制白湿革的收缩温度可以达到80℃以上,纤维分散程度良好且粒面平细。鞣制工艺条件对S-BAT鞣制白湿革白度具有一定程度的影响,其中鞣剂用量和提碱结合时间的影响最大。因此,当采用S-BAT作为无铬鞣剂时,为了兼顾鞣制白湿革的收缩温度和白度,其用量适宜控制在2%~4%,提碱结合时间不超过4 h。In order to understand the tanning performances of bio-based aldehyde tanning agent(BAT) more systematically and comprehensively, the small-molecule bio-based aldehyde tanning agent(S-BAT) was used in the tanning of pickled cattle hide.The effect of tanning conditions, including the amount of tanning agent, pre-penetration time, fixation time, fixation pH and temperature, on the tanning performance of S-BAT were systematically investigated.The results show that the shrinkage temperature of S-BAT tanned wet-white could reach above 80 ℃ under optimized conditions whilst the degree of fiber dispersion is good, and the grain surface is flat and fine.However, the tanning conditions has some influence on the whiteness of S-BAT tanned wet-white, among which the amount of tanning agent and the fixation time perform the most significant impact on the whiteness. Therefore, when S-BAT is used as a chrome-free tanning agent, the dosage of S-BAT should be appropriately controlled at 2%~4%, and the fixation time should not exceed 4 h, considering the shrinkage temperature and whiteness of wet-white.
