摘 要:以聚酯二元醇(PBA)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、环氧树脂(E51)、2,2-二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)、1,4-丁二醇(BDO)、三乙胺(TEA)和水等为基本原料,经相转化法合成了一系列环氧树脂改性水性聚氨酯(WPU)胶黏剂,并制备了改性水性聚氨酯的固化膜。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、热重(TG)分析等测试方法对胶黏剂的结构和性能进行了分析、测试和表征,并研究了环氧树脂加入量、软硬段比例和DMPA含量等因素对胶黏剂性能的影响。FT-IR分析表明环氧树脂的羟基和环氧基都参与了反应。TG表明,环氧树脂的加入可以提高聚氨酯的热稳定性。随着w(E51)增大,胶黏剂的耐热温度、活化温度及60℃初黏力升高,黏度增大,外观变差。结果表明,w(E51)=1.5%(相对于预聚物质量而言)、R值为3.0和w(DMPA)=2.0%时,效果相对最佳。A series of water-borne polyurethane(WPU) adhesives modified by epoxy resin were synthesized by phase inversion method using polyester diol(PBA), isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), epoxy resin(E51), 2,2-dihydroxymethylpropionic acid(DMPA), 1,4-butanediol(BDO), triethylamine(TEA) and water as basic materials, and the curing film of modified WPU was prepared.The structure and properties of the adhesive were analyzed, tested and characterized by FT-IR and TG.The effects of the amount of epoxy resin, the proportion of hard and soft segments and the content of DMPA on the properties of the adhesive were studied. FT-IR analysis shows that hydroxyl group and epoxy group of epoxy resin participate in the reaction.TG shows that the addition of epoxy resin could improve the thermal stability of polyurethane.With the increase of w(E51), the heat resistance temperature, activation temperature and initial adhesion at 60 ℃ of the adhesive increased, the viscosity increases and the appearance becomes worse.The results show that when w(E51) = 1.5%(relative to the mass of prepolymer), R value is 3.0 and w(DMPA) = 2.0%, the effect is relatively best.
