摘　　要：【目的/意义】对"档案治理"研究内容与特征进行梳理,有利于在学术上理清与档案治理有关的若干理论问题,构建具有中国特色的档案治理话语体系。【方法/过程】采用定量与定性相结合的分析方法,在描述档案治理研究的文献数量发展、文献主题分布的前提下,以研究对象为依据对档案治理研究内容进行了梳理,总结了研究特征,并指出了研究存在的不足。【结果/结论】将研究划分为"低发文量的研究冷门时期"、"发文量小幅增加的研究发展时期"和"发文量大幅增加的研究热门时期",将研究对象划分为档案治理的法制与法治、档案治理的内含解析、档案治理能力与治理体系、档案治理的模式与现实路径等八个方面,识别了研究的四大特征"遵循政策导向,深化研究内容""、兼顾理论研究与实践经验""、兼顾国际视角与中国特色"和"兼顾顶层观念更新与底层方法设计"。【创新/局限】从研究视角的角度,梳理了档案治理的研究现状和研究特征,并指出了研究的不足为接下来的发展指明方向。研究仅覆盖中文文献,缺少国内外的对比研究。【Purpose/significance】To sort out the research content and characteristics of"archive governance"will help to clarify some theoretical issues related to archives governance academically,and construct a discourse system of archives governance with Chinese characteristics.【Method/process】Using a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis method,on the premise of describing the volume development and the distribution of literature topics in archive governance research,the content of archive governance research is sorted out based on the research object,and the characteristics of the research are summarized,and pointed out the deficiencies in the research.【Result/conclusion】Divide the research into"research unpopular period with low publication volume","research development period with small increase in publication volume"and"hot research period with increase in publication volume",and divide the research object into archive management Eight aspects of the rule of law and the rule of law,the internal analysis of archives governance,the capability and system of archives governance,the mode and realistic path of archives governance,have identified the four major characteristics of the research,namely,"follow the policy orientation and deepen the research content","Both theoretical research and practical experience","Both international perspectives and Chinese characteristics"and"Both top-level concept updates and bottom-level method design".【Innovation/limitation】From the perspective of research perspective,it sorts out the research status and characteristics of archives management,and points out the deficiencies of the research to point out the direction for the next development.The research only covers Chinese literature and lacks comparative research at home and abroad.
