摘  要:研究了2株木霉菌对小麦白粉菌孢子萌发的抑制作用和对温室盆栽小麦白粉病的防治效果。结果表明,绿木霉DB14、加纳木霉DB35孢子悬浮液(1×10^(6)cfu/mL)对小麦白粉菌孢子萌发具有明显的抑制作用,抑制率分别为90.06%和85.95%,对盆栽小麦白粉病的防效可达68.63%、66.67%。喷施木霉菌提高了小麦叶片叶绿素含量和超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶的活性,同时降低了丙二醛含量,说明喷施绿木霉DB14、加纳木霉DB35也可同时增强小麦抗逆性。The antagonistic effect of two Trichoderma strains on Blumeria graminis f. sp. tritici and their control efficiency on wheat powdery mildew in the greenhouse were studied. The results showed that the spore germination of B. graminis f.sp. tritici was significantly inhibited by the spore suspension of T. virens DB14 and T. ghanense DB35 with the inhibition ratio of 90.06% and 85.95%. The control efficiency of T. virens DB14 and T. ghanense DB35 was 68.63% and 66.67% in the greenhouse. After being treated with T. virens DB14 and T. ghanense DB35, the content of chlorophyll and the activities of three resistance-related enzymes(superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, and catalase) in wheat leaves were increased, while the content of malondialdehyde decreased. These results indicated that T. virens DB14 and T. ghanense DB35 could enhance the resistance of wheat.
