京津冀区域经济发展现状及对策探究

摘　　要：区域经济协同发展对区域一体化发展尤为重要。采用2017-2019年数据对北京、天津、河北的经济进行分析。北京市对津冀区域的虹吸效应大于辐射效应,解决“大城市病”仍以疏通非首都功能为主;天津市经济转型与适应环保政策尤为重要;河北省人口基数大,区域内需协同发展,着力推进农业发展与制造业升级。从产业联动、错位发展角度,北京市可着重发展创新型科研产业,天津市着力发展物流、出口、技术性制造业,河北省发展技术性农业与高质量制造业。Under the pattern of"domestic big cycle",the coordinated development of domestic regional economy is more important to promote the economy.Based on the economic data of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei in recent three years,this paper analyzes the economy of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,and gives corresponding suggestions.The main conclusions are as follows:the siphon effect of Beijing on Tianjin Hebei region is greater than the radiation effect,and the solution to the"big city disease"is still to dredge its non capital function;the economic downturn of Tianjin in 2018 is obvious,and the economic transformation and adaptation to environmental protection policies are particularly important;the economic development of cities in Hebei Province is not coordinated,and the population is huge,so they should undertake high-quality agricultural development and environmental protection in Beijing Tianjin Hebei region The coordination of the three should be to realize the dislocation development of industrial linkage,the development of innovative scientific research industry in Beijing,the development of logistics,export and technical manufacturing industry in Tianjin,and the development of technical agriculture and high-quality manufacturing industry in Hebei Province.
