摘　　要：基于国内主流数据库资源的对比分析,提出科技论文学术影响力评价要素及途径。以知网为主、其他数据库为辅设计评价指标,构建定量指标和定性指标相结合的评价体系,以期对科技论文学术影响力进行评价。The article discusses the current situation and significance of talent evaluation research.Based on four kinds of domestic mainstream database resources,compares and analyzes the evaluation elements and ways to obtain the academic influence of scientific and technological papers,refines the evaluation indicators mainly based on HowNet and supplemented by other databases,formed the combination of quantitative index and qualitative index evaluation system,in order to through the analysis of the academic influence of scientific papers achieve one of talent evaluation.
