摘　　要：天津海河隧道工程是中央大道控制性节点工程。在工程建设过程中,本着技术先进、经济合理、安全可靠的原则,根据海河隧道建设条件和工程特点进行了深入分析和研究,提出了适合北方地区修建沉管法隧道的设计理念,制定了有针对性和创新性的设计方案,以指导海河隧道合理、安全、经济地实施。Tianjin Haihe Immersed Tube Tunnel is a control node project along the Central Avenue.The general principle of advanced technology,economic rationality,safety and reliability is abided by in the construction.According to the construction conditions and engineering characteristics of Haihe Tunnel,the design concept for the construction of immersed tube tunnel in northern China is proposed based on the in-depth analysis and study.And a pertinent and innovative design scheme is prepared,guiding the tunnel construction.
