摘 要:本文使用氢氧化铝微粉水热转相得到低钠细晶薄水铝石前驱体,经煅烧、研磨制备出亚微米氧化铝微粉,以所制备的亚微米氧化铝粉为原料,采用等静压成型法制备氧化铝陶瓷,检测了陶瓷材料的体积密度、收缩率等性能。研究了成型压力、烧结温度等对陶瓷体积密度、收缩率、磨耗等性能的影响。结果表明,亚微米氧化铝的加入可以提高氧化铝陶瓷的烧结活性,降低烧结温度,并且合适的成型压力和烧结温度可以明显地改善陶瓷材料的性能。使用亚微米氧化铝为原料制备的95氧化铝陶瓷材料,当成型压力为12t、烧结温度为1550℃时,陶瓷材料烧结致密,陶瓷的体积密度可以达到3.71g/cm^(3),收缩率18.18为%,磨耗为0.22%。Low-sodium fine-grained boehmite was obtained by hydrothermal phase inversion of aluminum hydroxide powder.Submicron alumina powder was prepared by calcination and grinding.The prepared submicron alumina powder was used as raw material to prepare alumina ceramics by isostatic pressing method,and the bulk density and shrinkage rate of the ceramic materials were tested.The effects of sintering temperature,molding pressure,etc.on the bulk density,shrinkage,and abrasion properties of ceramics were investigated.The results show that the addition of submicron alumina can improve the sintering activity of alumina ceramics and lower the sintering temperature,and the proper sintering temperature and molding pressure can significantly improve the performance of ceramic materials.95 alumina ceramics was prepared from submicron alumina.When the sintering temperature was 1550℃ and the molding pressure was 12t,the ceramics was sintered compactly.The volume density of ceramics could reach 3.71 g/cm^(3),the shrinkage rate was 18.18%,and the wear rate was 0.22%.
