摘  要:采用在线近红外分析仪,对氧化铝灼减进行在线应用研究。使用近红外在线分析仪,及时对焙烧炉出口传送带上取回的氧化铝样品进行数据采样,以化验室检测的数据为标准值,对分析仪建立标定曲线,并进行实验室离线验证与生产现场在线验证。在线分析仪实验室离线测量平均相对误差为0.04%,现场在线测试平均相对误差为0.06%,均比较小。结果显示,近红外在线分析仪在线监测氧化铝灼减符合企业生产实际需求,且通过实时数据反馈,及时对生产过程进行指导,可以达到氧化铝企业提质降耗增效的目的。The on-line application of alumina ignition reduction was studied by using on-line near infrared analyzer.The near infrared on-line analyzer is used to sample the data of alumina samples taken from the conveyor belt at the exit of the roaster in time,and the calibration curve of the analyzer is established with the data detected by the laboratory as the standard value;The off-line verification in laboratory and on-line verification in production site were carried out The average relative error of on-line analyzer is 0.04%in laboratory and 0.06%in field.The results show that the on-line monitoring of alumina burning loss by NIR online analyzer is in line with the actual production needs of enterprises,and through real-time data feedback,timely guidance of the production process can achieve the purpose of improving quality,reducing consumption and increasing efficiency of alumina enterprises.
