摘  要:提高产品质量,是推动企业高质量发展的重要内容之一,更是企业不断提升市场竞争力和可持续发展能力的内在需要。我厂在近年来的生产实践中,通过持续优化拜耳法分解工艺条件控制和配套的相关生产操作,已经开发形成了一套分觯工序粒度的综合控制方案。应用新的粒度控制方案后,分解系统粒度波动次教减少了50%以上,产品氧化铝-45pm粒级含量由大于20%逐步降低至15%左右,同时对分解过程中草酸盐的析出也实现了有效控制。Improving the product quality is one of the important contents to promote the High Quality Development of enterprises,and it is also anin-stinct demand for enterprises to improve their maricet competitiveness continuously and sustainable development ability.In recent years,a comprehensive particle size control scheme for Bayer precipitation process has been developed in production practice through continuous optimization of conditions control for Bayer precipitation prcx;ess and related production operations.After the new particle size control scheme had been used,the particle size fluctuation times in Bayer precipitation process were reduced by over 50%,and the percent of particles in product alumina that could pass through 45 jxm sieve pore was decreased from over 20%to about 15%,and the precipitation of oxalate during Bayer precipitation process was also effectively controlled.
