摘  要:氧化铝厂焙烧车间平盘设备生产过程中,强、弱滤液全部混入母液槽,由于强、弱滤液浓度相差较大,造成平均浓度偏低,导致系统原液浓度偏低,进而造成氧化铝生产效率下降,制造成本升高。本文通过技术措施解决混合母液浓度偏低问题,实现提高原液浓度的目的。In the production process of flat plate equipment in roasting woricshop of alumina plant,strong and weak filtrates are all mixed into a tank,due to the large difference between the strong and weak filtrate concentration,the average concentration is low,which leads to the low concentration of the original solution in the system,resulting in the decline of alumina production efficiency and the increase of manufacturing cost This paper solves the problem of low concentration of mixed solution by technical measures’to achieve the purpose of increasing the concentration of the original solution.
