摘 要:电解槽启动后期是电觯槽管理的关键时期,直接关系到电解槽的正常期运行状况以及槽寿命。电解槽启动后,工艺技术条件通常采用“高温、高分子比、高电解质水平”的控制思路,以便形成稳固的高分子比炉帮,防止出现炉底过冷、炉帮畸形等引起的电压波动、槽况不稳定,从而增加后期的管理难度。本文重点阐述了500kA预焙阳极电解槽启动后期管理的特点和存在的问题,并对其进行研究分析,提出了启动后期管理工艺方案和应对措施,指出启动后期管理中应避免的一些问题,对电解槽顺利转入正常运行期,提高运行效率,延长槽寿命具有有一定的指导意义。The late start-up period of electrolyzer is the key period of electrolyzer management,which is directly related to the normal operation condition and the service life of electrolyzer.After the start-up of the electrolytic cell,the control idea of 44 high temperature,high polymer ratio and high electrolyte levelM is usually adopted for the process and technical conditions,so as to form a stable high polymer ratio furnace side,prevent the voltage fluctuation and unstable cell condition caused by undercooling of furnace bottom and abnormal furnace side,and increase the difficulty of later management.This paper focuses on the characteristics and problems of post start management of 500kA prebaked anode electrolyzer,studies and analy-zes them,puts forward the process plan and countermeasures of post start management,and points out some problems that should be avoided in post start management,which has certain guiding significance for electrolyzer to smoothly turn into normal operation period,improve operation efficiency and prolong cell life.
