摘　　要：本文重点介绍了600kA超大容量铝电解槽装炉、通电、焙烧、启动等环节,对各环节出现的问题及采取的措施进行了分析、总结,优化、完善600kA电解槽焙烧启动方案,为同类型电解槽的焙烧启动提供技术参考。This paper focuses on the charging,power on,baking and start-up of 600k A super large capacity aluminum reduction cell,analyzes and summarizes the problems in each link and the measures taken,optimizes and improves the baking and start-up scheme of 600kA reduction ceU,so as to provide technical reference for the baking and start-up of the same type of reduction cell.
