摘　　要：目的评价腹型过敏性紫癜患儿安全有效的饮食管理方案。方法检索中、英文数据库中关于过敏性紫癜饮食管理的meta分析、系统评价、随机对照试验(RCT),半随机临床对照试验(quasi-RCT)经2名研究者按照纳入和排除标准独立筛选文献、提取资料、评价文献质量,分别对禁食的指征、禁食的时间、恢复饮食的策略等进行描述性分析。结果最终纳入17篇文献,禁食的指征:入院后即给予禁食;禁食的时间:禁食至消化道症状如恶心、呕吐、出血及腹痛消失后72 h。恢复饮食的策略:①限制饮食:消化道症状如恶心、呕吐及腹痛等消失后72 h,给予流质、半流质,48 h后进软食,水果蔬菜逐项添加,禁食易过敏和生冷辛辣、煎炸等食物。②在传统限制饮食的基础上予深度水解蛋白奶粉。结论对禁食的指征、时间、给予饮食的具体方案等方面亟待进一步实践研究。Objective To evaluate the safe and effective diet management program for children with abdominal anaphylactoid purpura.Methods to retrieve database in both English and Chinese on abdominal type allergic purpura diet management guidelines,meta analysis,system evaluation,a randomized controlled trial(RCT)quasi RCT,the two researchers according to include and exclude screening standard independent literature,extracting information,evaluate the quality of literature,indications,fasting time,restore diet strategy descriptive analysis,etc.Results 17 Literatures were finally included,indicating fasting:fasting after admission;Fasting duration:fasting until 72 hours after digestive tract symptoms such as nausea,vomiting,bleeding and abdominal pain disappear.Strategy to restore diet:(1)restricted diet:digestive tract symptoms such as nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain disappear after 72 hours,give liquid,semi liquid,48 hours after the soft food,fruit and vegetables added one by one,fast easy allergy,cold,spicy,Fried food.(2)on the basis of traditional restricted diet giving deep protein hydrolyzed milk powder.Conclusion It is necessary to study the guidelines of fasting,the time of fasting and the specific plan of giving diet.
