摘 要:糖尿病是一种患病率高、并发症多、危害大的代谢性疾病。细胞焦亡是一种最近新定义的程序性细胞死亡形式,其发生伴随着大量促炎性损伤相关分子模式(DAMPs)的释放以及炎症细胞浸润。研究发现,细胞焦亡参与糖尿病的发生、发展。本文就细胞焦亡的机制及细胞焦亡与糖尿病及其并发症之间的关系进行综述。Diabetes mellitus(DM)is a harmful metabolic disease with high prevalence and many complications.Pyroptosis is a newly defined form of programmed cell death,which is accompanied by the release of a large number of pro-inflammatory damage-associated molecular patterns(DAMPs)and inflammatory cell infiltration.Research has found that pyroptosis is involved in the occurrence and development of diabetes mellitus.The present article makes a review about pathogenesis mechanism and relationship among DM,its complications and pyroptosis.
