摘　　要：目的加强当地医疗人才队伍建设,为其他医疗援疆团队提供参考。方法以药学为切入点,制订援疆"传帮带"模式框架,从人才培养、专业培养、管理培养等方面着手,培养药师查阅文献、药学服务、药事管理、科研及撰写文章、科普的能力。结果该模式可激发药师的潜能,使技术、学科、管理团队同时下沉。结论医疗援疆"传帮带"模式的效果初显,可操作性强,能提高青年药师的专业技术水平及科研能力,有助于其快速成长。Objective To strengthen the construction of local medical personnel,and to provide a reference for other Xinjiang aiding medical teams.Methods Taking pharmacy as the breakthrough point,the framework of″Teach Help and Guide″mode was formulated to cultivate the pharmacists’literature review ability,pharmaceutical care ability,pharmaceutical management ability,scientific research and arti cle writing ability,popular science ability from the aspects of personnel training,professional training and management training.Results This mode can stimulate the potential ability of pharmacists and sink the technology team,discipline team and management team.Conclusion The″Teach Help and Guide″mode has an obvious effect and strong operability,which is helpful for young pharmacists to improve their professional and technical level and scientific research ability,and can help them grow rapidly.
