清肝化湿活血汤佐治酒精性肝病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨清肝化湿活血汤佐治酒精性肝病的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年3月至2020年3月收治的酒精性肝病患者162例,按双色球法分为对照组和治疗组,各81例。两组患者均在严格戒酒、合理饮食的同时予以营养支持治疗,并口服双环醇片,治疗组患者加用清肝化湿活血汤,两组均连续治疗3个月。结果治疗组总有效率为97.53%,显著高于对照组的87.65%(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的胁肋胀痛、神疲乏力、腹胀、舌象、脉象等中医证候积分和丙氨酸氨基转移酶、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶、谷氨酰转移酶、总胆红素、透明质酸、层粘连蛋白、Ⅲ型前胶原水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组与对照组的不良反应发生率相当(3.70%比6.17%,P>0.05)。结论清肝化湿活血汤佐治酒精性肝病,可明显改善患者的中医证候积分及肝功能与肝纤维化指标。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Qinggan Huashi Huoxue Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of alcoholic liver disease.Methods A total of 162 patients with alcoholic liver disease admitted from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the treatment group by the double chromosphere method,81 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups should strictly abstain from alcohol,eat reasonably,and they received nutritional support treatment,and took Bicyclol Tablets orally,on this basis,the patients in the treatment group were treated with Qinggan Huashi Huoxue Decoction.Both groups were continuously treated for three months.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 97.53%,which was significantly higher than 87.65%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores(distending pain in the hypochondrium,mental fatigue,abdominal distension,tongue,pulse,etc.)and the levels of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),glutamyltransferase(GGT),total bilirubin(TBiL),hyaluronic acid(HA),laminin(LN)and typeⅢprocollagen(PCⅢ)in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was similar to that in the control group(3.70%vs.6.17%,P>0.05).Conclusion Qinggan Huashi Huoxue Decoction in the adjuvant treatment of alcoholic liver disease can significantly improve the TCM syndrome score,liver function and liver fibrosis indexes.
