复元活血汤联合经皮穿刺椎体成形术对骨质疏松性新鲜椎体压缩性骨折患者腰椎功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨复元活血汤联合经皮穿刺椎体成形术(PVP)治疗骨质疏松性新鲜椎体压缩性骨折的疗效,以及对患者腰椎功能的影响。方法选取医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的骨质疏松性新鲜椎体压缩性骨折患者182例,按随机数字表法分为手术组和联合组,各91例。两组患者均予PVP治疗,联合组患者加用复元活血汤治疗,共治疗7 d。结果联合组患者的总有效率为98.90%,显著高于手术组的85.71%(P<0.05);与术前比较,两组患者术后1,3,5,7 d及术后1,3,6个月的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、腰椎功能障碍指数(ODI)评分、行动能力评分及日常生活能力评分均显著下降,且联合组显著低于手术组(P<0.05);联合组和手术组的不良事件发生率相当(2.20%比3.30%,P>0.05)。结论复元活血汤联合PVP治疗骨质疏松性新鲜椎体压缩性骨折,可明显缓解患者的疼痛程度,改善腰椎功能、行动能力及日常生活能力,且安全性较高。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with percutaneous vertebroplasty(PVP)in the treatment of patients with osteoporotic fresh vertebral compression fracture and its effect on lumbar function.Methods A total of182 patients with osteoporotic fresh vertebral compression fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into the operation group and the combined group by the random number table method,91 cases in each group.The patients in the operation group were treated with PVP,on this basis,the patients in the combined group were treated with Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction for 7 d.Results The total effective rate of the combined group was 98.90%,which was significantly higher than85.71%of the operation group(P<0.05).The visual analogue scale(VAS)score,lumbar disability index(ODI)score,mobility and activity of daily living score in the two groups were significantly decreased on the first,third,fifth,seventh day and the first,third,sixth month after the operation,and those in the combined group were significantly lower than those in the operation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the combined group was similar to that in the operation group(2.20%vs.3.30%,P>0.05).Conclusion Fuyuan Huoxue Decoction combined with PVP is effective and safe in the treatment of osteoporotic fresh osteoporotic vertebral compression fracture,which can significantly relieve the pain of patients,improve lumbar function,mobility and activity of daily living.
