摘 要:以沁新煤矿2210顺槽软弱夹层复合顶板为研究对象,用数值模拟手段对3层复合顶板锚杆预应力场分布规律进行研究,揭示了围岩在软硬不同岩性岩石中的应力传递效果,认为应将锚固段置于硬岩中,有利于锚杆应力在结构面处的扩散,发挥锚杆的支护作用。根据沁新煤矿2210顺槽实际情况,设计“动态锚固-应力扩散”的支护方案,通过矿山安全性监测表明巷道支护效果良好,形成较好的工程示范效果。Taking 2210 soft intercalated composite roof as the research object, the distribution law of bolt prestress field in three-layer composite roof strata is analyzed by numerical simulation, and the stress transfer effect of surrounding rock in soft and hard rock with different lithology is revealed. It is considered that the anchoring section should be placed in hard rock, which is conducive to the diffusion of bolt stress in structural plane and plays the supporting role of bolt. According to the actual situation of 2210 gateway in Qinxin coal mine, the supporting scheme of "dynamic anchoring stress diffusion" is designed. The mine safety monitoring shows that the roadway supporting effect is good, and it can provide a useful reference for the similar weak interlayer composite roof dynamic pressure roadway supporting.
