摘 要:为有效解决U型通风工作面回采期间采空区和上隅角瓦斯治理难题,提出利用超大直径钻孔(φ550 mm)替代联络巷埋管抽采采空区瓦斯治理技术,形成了超大直径钻孔“以孔代巷”施工工艺及装备,包括ZDJ10000L型大功率钻机、大直径钻头和钻杆的一次成孔工艺,多截齿旋挖钻头和高强度、高叶片螺旋钻杆的自排渣工艺;首节带有导向头、采用“半包围式”连接、预埋护孔管安装工艺。在王坡煤矿试验表明,上隅角瓦斯浓度控制在0.25%0.55%,采空区瓦斯抽采纯量提高了46.8%,抽采瓦斯浓度提高了1倍。In order to effectively solve the gas control problems in the goaf and upper corner of the Ushaped ventilated working face during the recovery period, it is proposed to use super-large diameter boreholes (φ550 mm) to replace the gas control technology in the goaf of the connected tunnel buried pipe, forming a super-large diameter borehole. The construction technology and equipment of "replace tunnels with holes", including ZDJ10000 L type high-power drilling rig, large-diameter drill bit and drill pipe one-time hole-making technology, multi-pitch rotary drill bit and high-strength, high-blade spiral drill pipe self-discharge technology;the first section has a guiding head, adopts a "semi-enclosed" connection, and a pre-buried hole pipe installation process. Tests in Wangpo coal mine show that the upper corner gas concentration is controlled within 0.25% to 0.55%, the scalar amount of gas drainage in the goaf is increased by 46.8%, and the concentration of drainage gas is doubled.
