摘 要:为解决富含矿物质煤层煤层气开发面临的增产改造问题,基于酸液溶蚀煤中矿物质和煤层水力压裂理论,以焦坪矿区侏罗纪煤层为研究对象,通过分析储层特征,设计了盐酸体系和盐酸+氢氟酸体系的前置酸配方及活性水压裂液和生物酶破胶瓜胶压裂液的压裂液配方,通过开展前置酸压裂液与地层水的配伍性实验、前置酸溶蚀率实验,进行了前置酸配方初选,借助室内岩心流动实验完成了前置酸压裂液配方的优选。结果表明:采用前置酸压裂液技术,在一定程度上降低压裂液本身对煤层的伤害;15%盐酸体系相比12%盐酸+3%氢氟酸体系更加有利于改善煤层渗透性,优选作为前置液配方;从减小对煤储层伤害的角度来选择压裂液配方,优选活性水压裂液体系;综合考虑煤储层伤害、携砂和造缝效果来选择压裂液配方,优选生物酶破胶瓜胶压裂液。In order to solve stimulation treatment problem on coalbed methane development of coal seams with rich minerals, based on the theory of acid solution dissolving minerals in coal and hydraulic fracturing in coal seam, Jurassic coal in Jiaoping block was taken as the research object, and the reservoir characteristics were analyzed, pre-positioned acid formula of hydrochloric acid system,hydrochloric acid and hydrofluoric acid system and the fracturing fluid formula of active water fracturing fluid and biological enzyme gel breaker guar gum fracturing fluid were designed, through the compatibility experiment of pre-positioned acid fracturing fluid with formation water and the experiment of pre-positioned acid dissolution rate was developed, pre-positioned acid fracturing fluid formula was selected primarily, and pre-positioned fracturing fluid formula was optimized by the core flow experiment in the laboratory. The results indicate that by using pre-positioned fracturing fluid technology, the damage of fracturing fluid to coal seam can be reduced to a certain extent;compared with 12% hydrochloric acid and 3% hydrofluoric acid system, 15% hydrochloric acid system is preferred as the pre-solution formula;considering minimizing damage to the coal reservoir to select the fracturing fluid formulation, the active water fracturing fluid system is selected,considering the damage of coal reservoir, carrying sand and fracture-making effect comprehensively, the formulation of fracturing fluid was selected, and the biological enzyme gel breaker guar gum fracturing fluid was selected.
