摘  要:带式输送机是煤矿最理想的高效连续运输设备,不仅具有长距离、大运量、连续输送等优点,而且运行可靠,易于实现自动化、集中化控制,特别是对高产高效矿井,带式输送机已成为煤炭高效开采机电一体化技术与装备的关键设备。随着矿井规模扩大化,带式输送机尺寸、功率、运量也显著增高。综采工作面顺槽巷均采用转载机配合带式输送机方式进行煤炭运输,带式输送机自移机尾随回采不断推进,自移机尾推进至储带仓增高段后便无法继续推进,造成带式输送机储带仓段的煤炭资源无法回采,降低矿井可采储量,造成资源浪费。Belt conveyor is the most ideal high-efficiency continuous transportation equipment in coal mine, not only has the advantages of long distance, large volume, continuous transportation and so on,but also has the advantages of reliable operation, easy to realize automation, centralized control,especially for high-yield and high-efficiency mines, belt conveyor has become the key equipment of coal mining mechatronics technology and equipment.With the expansion of the mine scale, tape conveyor size, power, capacity has also increased significantly. Comprehensive mining work surface along the channel lane are using a transloader with belt conveyor mode for coal transportation. Belt self-shifting machine tailing back mining to promote, belt tail to the storage belt warehouse after the increase in the height of the section can not continue to advance, resulting in the belt belt storage area of the coal resources can not be recovered, reduce the mine recoverable reserves,A waste of resources.
