摘 要:以典型金属、非金属锚杆管缝锚杆和玻璃钢锚杆为例,探讨适用于软弱层状顶板巷道的锚杆组合支护形式。通过数值模拟对比分析管缝锚杆和玻璃钢锚杆支护下软弱层状顶板变形破坏特征。结果显示,玻璃钢锚杆对软弱层状顶板具有更好的沉降控制效果,而管缝锚杆抵抗岩层之间横向剪切力的能力更强。在此基础上,构建了2种锚杆的组合支护方案,通过现场试验验证,能够显著提高软弱层状顶板锚杆支护效果。Taking the typical metal, non-metallic bolt, pipe seam bolt and glass fiber reinforced plastic bolt as examples, discusses the bolt cooperative support form suitable for soft layer roof roadway.Through numerical simulation, the deformation and failure characteristics of soft layer roof supported by pipe joint bolt and glass fiber reinforced plastic bolt are compared and analyzed. The results show that the FRP bolt has better settlement control effect on the soft layer roof, and the pipe joint bolt has stronger ability to resist the transverse shear force between the rock layers. On this basis, the cooperative support scheme of the two kinds of bolts is constructed. The field test results show that the support effect of the two kinds of bolts can be significantly improved.
