摘 要:对可摘挂架空乘人装置进行动力学仿真分析时,钢丝绳的模型建立一直是个难点。通过Adams中的cable模块对钢丝绳进行建模,结合UG导入的可摘挂抱索器模型,模拟架空乘人装置实际工作过程,得出可摘挂架空乘人装置的关键部件可摘挂抱索器的力学特性,从而对可摘挂抱索器的改进优化提供依据。It is always difficult to establish the model of wire rope when the dynamic simulation analysis of the removable overhead passenger device is carried out. The cable module in Adams is used to model the wire rope, and combined with the model of the removable hanging cable device imported by UG, the actual working process of the overhead passenger device is simulated, and the mechanical characteristics of the removable hanging cable device, the key component of the removable hanging cable device, are obtained, so as to provide a basis for the improvement and optimization of the removable hanging cable device.
