系统科学视域下高校党的纪律建设途径

摘　　要：党的纪律建设是管党治党的重大命题,是推进全面从严治党的一项治本之策,是一项系统工程。高校党的纪律建设是坚持党的领导、落实立德树人根本任务、推进高校内涵发展的重要保证,对高校各项事业发展至关重要。影响高校党的纪律建设的因素主要分为五大类:人员、岗位、制度、流程和环境,各因素相互作用,具有典型的系统特征。基于系统科学审视高校党的纪律建设“人员-岗位-制度-流程-环境”系统,提出针对各类影响因素合理分配资源、统筹推进、协调发力的路径,将有助于提升工作效益和实际效果。"Party discipline construction" is a major proposition of the Chinese Communist Party's management.It is a fundamental strategy for advancing the comprehensive and strict governance of the party and a systematic project.Strengthening the discipline construction of the party within the university is an important guarantee for upholding the leadership of the party,educating and promoting connotation development.It is critical to the development of all careers in the university.The factors affecting the party's discipline construction in the university are mainly divided into five categories:people,positions,systems,processes,and environment.Each type of factor has a corresponding sub-factor and various factors will interact.It has typical system characteristics.It will help improve work efficiency and actual results that thinking about the discipline construction of the party in the university based on system science,the"people-post-system-process-environment"system and propose the rational allocation of resources for various types of influencing factors,and the path of coordinating and coordinating efforts.
