摘  要:本文根据目前商用车匹配外购发动机的现状,引入过渡线束的概念。通过对比三维布线与传统布线的优势,重点介绍利用三维布线的方式对商用车发动机过渡线束进行匹配和设计的方法,并以重汽匹配潍柴WP10.5H国V共轨发动机为例,详细阐述过渡线束的设计流程。According to the current situation of commercial vehicles matching with purchased engines,this paper introduces the concept of transition harness.By comparing the advantages of three-dimensional wiring and traditional wiring,this paper focuses on the matching and design method of commercial vehicle engine transition harness by using three-dimensional wiring,and takes the matching of Weichai WP10.5h national V common rail engine by heavy duty truck as an example to elaborate the design process of transition harness.
