摘　　要：本文主要对汽车线束行业工人在防水栓使用前需要手动清洗防水栓表面过多的润滑剂的现象,提供一种能自动清洗、高效率的防水栓清洗装置,并阐述防水栓自动清洗装置的设计思路与组成结构。In this paper,the phenomenon that the workers in the automotive wiring harness industry need to manually clean the excessive lubricant on the surface of the waterproof bolt before using it is mainly discussed.A kind of automatic cleaning and high-efficiency waterproof bolt cleaning device is provided,and the design idea and composition structure of the automatic cleaning device are described.
