基于CiteSpace的国内外设计服务产业领域知识图谱研究

摘　　要：基于Web of Science数据库和中国知网数据库中1995年至2020年间设计服务产业的相关文献,借助CiteSpace 5.7.R2可视化工具,分析设计服务产业领域的知识热点与研究景象。结果表明:(1)国内的研究起步较晚,研究成果数量领先,但高质量文献缺乏;(2)国际上的研究已形成集聚效应,受商业环境要素影响最深,正从理论规范研究向实证性案例研究过渡,而国内的研究强烈受产业政策导向影响,演进路径为“产业教育—产业政策—产业融合”;(3)国际上的研究在学科建设上大多聚焦于理工类学科,内涵层面主要集中于几大主题且具有较强的关联性和承接性,而国内的研究主要聚焦于人文类学科,主题相对分散且缺失内容的关联性。最后基于分析发现,结合近年来设计服务产业企业在实践中涌现出的一系列新问题,总结提出未来设计服务产业创新研究的主要方向包括:以解决知识视角单一且内容研究分散等诸多系列化问题作为重要突破口,构造设计服务产业评价指标体系,形成具有本土国情特色的创新性生态发展研究体系,以及进一步拓展设计服务产业的企业实践应用范畴等。Based on the relevant literature of design service industry between 1995 and 2020 in Web of Science and NICK,with the help of CiteSpace 5.7.R2 visualization tools,this paper interprets and analyzes knowledge hot spots and research scenes.The results show that:(1)Domestic research starts late,the number of research results is leading but the high-quality literature is lacking.(2)International research has formed an agglomeration effect,which is high most affected by business environmental elements,the study is moving from theoretical normative studies to empirical case studies,and the domestic research is strongly influenced by the industrial policy guidance,and the evolution path is"industrial education-industrial policy-industrial integration".(3)Most of the international research focuses on science and technology disciplines in discipline construction,and the connotation level is mainly focused on several themes with strong relevance and undertaking,while the domestic research mainly focuses on humanities disciplines,the subject are relatively fragmented and content is missing relevance.Finally,based on the analysis,combining with a series of new problems emerging in practice in recent years,the main directions of the future design service industry innovation research include:taking solving many serialization problems such as single knowledge perspective and scattered content research as an important breakthrough,constructing evaluation index system of design service industry,forming an innovative ecological development research system with local national characteristics,and further expanding the scope of enterprise practice and application of the design service industry.
