摘 要:长期以来变电运维人员进行倒闸操作的主要形式为人工持票,在设备就地或监控系统中逐项完成对设备的操作与检查,其时效性和安全性未得到最大化的提升。首先,介绍变电站一键顺控关键技术;其次,给出在宝鸡供电公司110 kV云中变电站进行的一键顺控改造、实地化应用具体方法;最后,由改造后的实际使用情况可知,该改造方法使倒闸操作更为快速、便捷,使运维作业风险及成本有效降低,使运维人员对设备状态的管控能力有效增强。该文对提高电网运行可靠性和构建良好营商环境提供了良好的基础,且具有很高的推广应用价值,为后续一键顺控工程提供了借鉴。For a long time,the operation and maintenance personnel’s main form for switching is the manual working ticket,by which the operation and inspection of equipment item by item in the equipment on-site or monitoring system,but the timeliness and safety of the system has yet to be maximized.This paper first introduces the key technology of substation one-key sequence control;Secondly,the specific method of the one-key sequential control transformation and field application of the 110 kV cloud-based substation of Baoji Power Supply Company is given;Finally,it is found from the actual use after the transformation that this transformation makes the switching operation faster and more convenient,and effectively reduces the operation and maintenance risks and costs and enhances the ability of the operation and maintenance personnel to control equipment status.The paper has established a good foundation for improving the reliability of power grid operation and for building a good business environment,and it has high promotion and application value,and provides a reference for the follow-up one-key sequence control project.
