褐黄血蜱产卵和孵化规律观察

摘　　要：褐黄血蜱是我国中东部各省、市、自治区的优势蜱种,其可携带多种病毒、细菌、支原体、螺旋体等病原,对人类健康和公共卫生安全构成潜在威胁。由于该蜱偏好于侵袭野生动物.尤其是刺猬,故长期被忽视。该论文对褐黄血蜱产卵和孵化进行观察,结果表明,褐黄血蜱卵呈椭圆形,其大小约535.63μm×361.56μm,重量0.064mg。26℃〜30℃均是褐黄血蜱产卵的适宜温度,在这些温度下,雌蜱产卵量与体重有正相关关系;产卵过程受培养温度、雌蜱体重影响较大。在26℃〜30℃下,孵化温度升高则孵化时间缩短。32℃不是孵化褐黄血蜱卵的最适温度。研究温度对黄血蜱产卵和孵化的影响,对建立实验种群、开展试验研究和防控实践具有重要意义。Haemaphysalis flava is widely distributed in central and eastern China,and even a dominant species in some provinces.It can carry a variety of viruses,bacteria,mycoplasma,spirochetes and other pathogens,which poses a potential threat to human health and public health safety.In this study,we observed the oviposition and egg hatching of Haemaphysalis flava.The results showed that the size of eggs was 535.63μm×361.56μm,and the weight was 0.064 mg,26℃-30℃ was the suitable temperature for the oviposition of Haemaphysalis flava.Under these temperatures,the oviposition amount of female ticks had apositive correlation with body weight.The oviposition process was greatly affected by culture temperature and female tick weight.At 26℃-30 ℃,the incubation time was shortened with the increase of incubation temperature.32 ℃ was not the optimum temperature for hatching eggs of Haemaphysalis flava.Studying the effect of temperature on the egg laying and hatching of Haemaphysalis flava provides a great help to the prevention and control the ticks.
