摘　　要：江苏省农业用水合作组织发展迅速,在保障农民农田灌溉用水上发挥了良好的作用,同时协会运行成本和费用收取是重要的控制环节,合理的成本控制做法和费用收取方式对协会良性运行至关重要,以响水县三新河灌区为例展开思考和研究,提出建议。The Jiangsu Agricultural Water Cooperative Organization has developed rapidly and has played a good role in protecting farmers'farmland irrigation water.At the same time,the association's operating costs and fee collection are important control links.Reasonable cost control practices and fee collection methods are critical to the healthy operation of the association Important,take the Sanxin River Irrigation District of Xiangshui County as an example to carry out thinking and research,and put forward suggestions.
