2019—2020年济南市某校小学生超重肥胖情况分析

摘　　要：目的对济南市某校6~14岁小学生超重肥胖情况进行分析,为小学生超重肥胖的防治提供科学依据。方法资料来源于济南市某学校2019—2020年度的学生健康体检信息。结果济南市某校6~14岁小学生超重检出率17.8%,肥胖检出率30.2%。其中男生超重检出率19.3%,肥胖检出率36.6%;女生超重检出率16.2%,肥胖检出率23.4%。各年级超重检出率由高到低依次为:二年级(22.1%)>五年级(18.5%)>六年级(17.5%)>三年级(17.1%)>四年级(15.9%)>一年级(15.3%);肥胖检出率由高到低依次为:三年级(36.5%)>五年级(33.6%)>四年级(31.0%)>一年级(29.4%)>六年级(26.5%)>二年级(25.8%)。汉族小学生超重检出率17.8%,肥胖检出率30.2%。城市小学生超重检出率17.9%,肥胖检出率30.1%。结论济南市某校6~14岁小学生超重、肥胖检出率较高,需要教育、卫生、家庭等多部门联合干预,加强健康教育知识宣传,培养良好饮食行为习惯,增强体育锻炼和户外活动。Objective The analyze the status of overweight and obesity among primary school students aged 6-14 years in a school in Ji’nan City, so as to provide the scientific evidence for the prevention and treatment of overweight and obesity among primary school students.Methods The data came from the physical examination information of a school in Ji’nan City from 2019 to 2020.Results The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were 17.8% and 30.2% respectively in the primary school students aged 6-14 years in the school in Ji’nan City. The prevalence of overweight in the boys was 19.3%, and the prevalence of obesity was 36.6%;the prevalence of overweight in the girls was 16.2%, the prevalence of obesity was 23.4%. The detection rates of overweight in each grade from high to low were: Grade 2(22.1%) > Grade 5(18.5%) >Grade 6(17.5%) > Grade 3(17.1%) > Grade 4(15.9%) > Grade 1(15.3%);the detection rates of obesity in each grade from high to low were: Grade 3(36.5%) > Grade 5(33.6%) > Grade 4(31.0%) > Grade 1(29.4%) > Grade 6(26.5%) > Grade 2(25.8%). The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were 17.8% and 30.2% respectively among Han primary school students. The prevalence rates of overweight and obesity were 17.9% and 30.1% respectively among the urban primary school students.Conclusion The detection rates of overweight and obesity are relatively high among the primary school students aged 6-14 years in the school in Jinan City. Therefore, it needs the joint intervention of education, health, family and other departments to strengthen the health education, cultivate good eating habits, and strengthen physical exercises and outdoor activities in the students.
