某高校健康体检人群肝肾常规生化指标参考区间的适用性验证

摘　　要：目的分析血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、谷氨酰基转移酶(GGT)、尿素(Urea)、肌酐(Crea)新的参考区间在本地区健康成人中的适用情况,并探讨这5项指标的年龄特征。方法按照行业标准要求,筛选在本院体检的20~79岁健康成人6593名,采用罗氏ROCHE Cobas 6000全自动生化仪进行检测,分析ALT、GGT、ALP、Crea、Urea的性别、年龄特征,统计超出参考区间的情况。结果5项指标均有小于10%的参考个体落在新参考区间之外。所有指标男女差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ALT和GGT随年龄增长呈上升趋势,达到高峰后下降。男性ALP在不同年龄组变化不大,女性ALP在中老年组明显高于中青年组。Crea和Urea随年龄增长呈上升趋势。结论WS/T404《临床常用生化检验项目参考区间》中规定的5个生化常规项目参考区间适用于本实验室。Objective To verify the new reference intervals of alanine aminotransferase(ALT),alkaline phosphatase(ALP),glutamyltransferase(GGT),Urea,and Crea,to determine if the standards are suitable for Beijing area,and to discuss the sex and age characteristics of the 5 clinical biochemistry parameters.Methods According to the method recommended by the Professional Standards Reference,6593 healthy people aged 20-79 years were selected as reference individuals.The blood samples were detected by ROCHE Cobas 6000 automatic biochemical analyzer.The differences of 5 clinical chemistry parameters in sex and age were analyzed,and the cases beyond the reference interval were evaluated.Results All the five parameters had less than 10%of the reference individuals outside the new reference interval.All the parameters had significant differences between men and women(P<0.05).ALT and GGT increased with age and decreased after reaching the peak.The ALP of males in different age groups had little change,and that of females in the old group was significantly higher than that of the young group.Crea and Urea increased with age.Conclusion The new reference intervals of 5 common biochemistry tests in WS/T404 Standards Rsference Intervals for Common Clinical Biochemistry Tests are applicable to this laboratory.
