摘　　要：中国共产党历来高度重视党内政治文化建设,注重以积极健康的党内政治文化涵养风清气正的政治生态,为革命、建设和改革事业的顺利进行提供坚实文化支撑。建党一百年来,党内政治文化建设经历了新民主主义革命时期的初步探索、社会主义革命和建设时期的曲折前行、改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期的创新发展以及中国特色社会主义新时代的全面深化四个阶段。中国共产党党内政治文化建设百年历史实践积累了丰富经验,主要是:坚持聚焦主题与以人为本相统一、思想教育与制度建设相统一、抓住关键与夯实基础相统一。展望未来,党内政治文化建设必须始终坚持政治为先、人民为本、文化为魂、时代为基的发展要求和建设路径,把牢党内政治文化建设的政治方向、坚守党内政治文化建设的人民立场、厚植党内政治文化建设的文化力量、契合党内政治文化建设的时代主题,不断推动党内政治文化建设向纵深发展。The Communist Party of China has always attached great importance to the building of political culture within the Party,focusing on developing a positive and healthy political culture within the Party to conserve a clean political ecology,and to provide solid cultural support for the successful progress of revolution,construction and reform.In the past100 years since the founding of the CPC,the political and cultural building within the Party has undergone four stages:the preliminary exploration in the period of the New Democratic Revolution,the tortuous advancement of the socialist revolution and construction,the innovation and development of the new period of reform and opening up and socialist modernization,as well as the comprehensive deepening of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics in the New Era.The CPC has accumulated rich experience in the past century of political and cultural building within the Party,including the following main aspects:the unity of focusing on the theme and people-oriented development,the unity of ideological education and institutional construction,and the unity of grasping the key issues and consolidating the foundation.The building of political culture within the Party must always adhere to the development requirements and construction path featuring"politics as first priority,people as essential pursuit,culture as the soul,and era as the basis".We should uphold the correct political direction for the building of political culture,stick to the people’s standpoint,and deeply secure the cultural power,and keep in line with the theme of the times for the political and cultural building within the party,so as to promote the in-depth development of the political and cultural building of the Party in a continuous manner.
