摘 要:采用核-壳乳液聚合法合成了各以硬、软单体为壳的可剥离丙烯酸酯乳液。研究了壳层单体性质及用量对乳液涂膜力学性能、成膜性能、水接触角及吸水率等的影响,利用TEM观察了乳胶粒的形貌和尺寸,并运用DSC考察了该核-壳结构聚合物的玻璃化温度。结果表明:合成的乳胶粒大小较为均一,具有核-壳结构;以硬单体为壳的涂膜拉伸强度较高,附着力较低,耐水性好;而以软单体为壳的涂膜拉伸强度较低,附着力较高,耐水性差;当壳层硬单体质量分数为12.0%时,涂膜的拉伸强度为4.52 MPa,断裂伸长率为581.2%,附着力为5级,在不同基材上可完整剥离,FT-IR分析表明涂膜剥离后对基材无损伤。A series of peelable acrylate latex with hard monomer and soft monomers in the shells were synthesized by the core-shell emulsion polymerization. Effects of properties and dosages of monomers in the shell on the mechanical properties,film-forming properties,water contact angle and water absorption of latex coatings film were studied. The morphology and size of latex particles were observed by TEM. After that,the glass transition temperature of the core-shell polymer were investigated by DSC. The results showed that the size of latex particles was uniform in TEM figures,and the core-shell structure was proved by DSC test. It has been verified that the latex coatings film with hard monomer in shell provided higher tensile strength,weaker adhesion and better water resistance. Conversely,the latex coatings film with soft monomer in shell presented lower tensile strength,strong adhesion and poor water resistance. Moreover,when the mass fraction of hard monomer in the shell was 12. 0%,the tensile strength of coatings film was 4. 52 MPa,the elongation at break was 581. 2%,and the adhesion was grade 5. Not only could the film be completely peeled-off on different substrates,but also no damage to the substrates after stripping,verified by FT-IR analysis.
