摘 要:本研究以陶瓷抛光废渣微粉为填料,制备了一种新型环保水性涂料,重点探究乳液用量、废渣微粉粒径大小及用量、分散剂种类及用量对水性涂料性能的影响。结果表明:当选用粒径为3.525μm的废渣微粉,其含量为29%;分散剂选用非离子型表面活性剂,用量为0.05%;乳液用量为23%,并添加适量颜料和助剂,制得水性涂料样品的耐洗刷次数可达84323次,遮盖率为92.8%,其他施工性和低温成膜等性能良好;涂膜致密,洗刷后,表面形成深浅不一且堆叠的条状沟壑,而未洗刷透的其他部位仍保持紧实。该新型水性涂料为陶瓷抛光废渣高附加值综合利用提供了新的途径。In this paper,a novel and environmental friendly waterborne coatings was prepared by use of ceramic polished residue powder as filler. The influence of amount of latex,particle size and proportion of ceramic polished residue powder,type and content of dispersant on the preparation of the waterborne coatings was mainly discussed. The results showed that when the ceramic polished residue powder content was 29%,particle size was 3. 525 μm,dispersant content 0. 05%,latex content 23%,with some pigments and additives,the scrub resistance could reach 84 323 times,and the hiding power was 92. 8%,with good application and low temperature film-forming properties,etc. The paint film was dense,and its surface would form stacked strip marks with different depth after scrubbing,and the other parts that had not been thoroughly scrubbed out still remained firm. Therefore,this novel waterbornecoatings provided a new way for the comprehensive utilization of ceramic polishing residuewith high added-value.
