摘 要:有机涂层会在磨损、碾压力学因素和腐蚀环境因素的耦合作用下发生破坏。因此,研究磨损、碾压破坏对金属-涂层体系失效过程的影响有重大意义。本文分别针对磨损、碾压力学因素设计了2种金属-涂层体系失效周期性加速试验方法,在实验室加速条件下研究其失效过程。通过电化学阻抗谱测试和微观形貌观察分析失效机理,研究了磨损、碾压力学因素对涂层失效过程的影响。结果表明:磨损对涂层产生的主要影响是使涂层逐渐损失厚度,降低阻隔能力,加快涂层失效速度;反复的碾压和浸泡耦合作用则可造成涂层完整性受损,腐蚀介质大量接触基底金属从而使涂层迅速失效。Organic coatings will be damaged under the combined actions of abrasion,roller compaction and corrosive environmental factors. Therefore,it is of significant importance to study the influence of abrasion and roller compaction damage on the failure process of the metal/coatings system. In this paper,two periodic accelerated test methods for the failure of the metal/coatings system were designed according to the factors of abrasion or roller compaction,and the failure process was studied under the accelerated conditions in the laboratory. The failure mechanism was analyzed through electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and microscopic morphology observation,and the influence of abrasion and roller compaction stress on the failure process of the coatings was studied. The results showed that the main effect of abrasion on the coatings was the lose the thickness of the coatings film gradually,reduction of the barrier capacity,and acceleration of the failure rate of the coatings,and the combination of repeated roller compaction and immersion could cause the damage of theintegrity of the coatings film,and the quick failure of coatings film because of contact of largeamount corrosive media with the metal substrate.
