摘　　要：水性丙烯酸乳液凭借着其优异的光泽和耐候性,良好的耐水和耐盐雾性能,以及低VOC低气味等特点在涂料领域有着广泛的应用。为了更好地拓展丙烯酸乳液在工业涂料中的应用方向,本文综述了单组分丙烯酸乳液的技术进展,介绍了丙烯酸乳液在工业涂料中的成熟应用案例,也提出了当前水性单组分丙烯酸乳液面临的挑战以及未来的发展方向。Waterborne acrylic latex was widely used in many coatings applications due to its excellent gloss and durability,good water resistance,good salt spray resistance and low VOC emission and lower odor.In order to extend the application fields of acrylic latex,this paper reviewed the technical progress of acrylic latex in recent years,and listed the different successful industrial coatings application cases,and finally,existing challenge and future development direction of acrylic latex was also proposed.
