摘　　要：总结咀嚼类制剂的分类、释放度评价方法与影响药物释放的因素等方面的研究报道,从常规与改良的释放度测定方法两个角度,介绍了咀嚼片、咀嚼胶的体外释放度评价方法,对释放度测定仪器的研究进展进行了综述。The article summarized the classification and research status,release evaluation methods and factors affecting active ingredient release of chewable preparations.The in vitro release evaluation methods of chewable tablets and medicated chewing gum were introduced from two aspects of the conventional and improved determination methods.The research progress of in vitro release measurement apparatus was reviewed.
