摘　　要：随着铂耐药、聚二磷酸腺苷核糖聚合酶抑制剂耐药问题的显现,各种转移或复发型妇科恶性肿瘤的治疗也变得更加困难。现总结替莫唑胺在妇科恶性肿瘤中的研究进展,以期为妇科肿瘤患者的治疗提供帮助。With the appearance of development of platinum resistance and PARPi resistance,the treatment of metastatic or recurrent gynecological malignancies tumors has become increasingly difficult.In this review,the current research progress of temozolomide in gynecological malignancies is summarized,on the purpose of provide help for the treatment of this kind of patients.
