摘　　要：药物筛选是新药开发的重要手段和基础环节,旨在通过恰当的实验方法和合适的筛选模型,发现具有特定生物活性的化合物,实现药物从实验室研究迈向临床应用。建立一个高效、可靠的筛选模型能够缩短药物研发的时间,提高研发速度。本文将基于近年来药物筛选模型的发展及其应用进行简要综述。Drug screening is an important means and basic step in the development of new dr ugs.It aims to find compounds with specific biological activities through appro priate experimental methods and screening models,and promote the development of drugs from laboratory research to clinical application.Establishing an e fficient and reliable screening model could shorten the time of drug development and improve the speed of research.This paper briefly reviewed the develop ment and application of drug screening models in recent years.
