摘　　要：本文对1例痰热壅肺型肺胀患者的中药治疗过程进行分析,探讨清金化痰汤合止嗽散的方剂作用特点和药师在此类患者临床治疗中所起到的作用,突出了中药临床药师在个体化治疗方式下的工作特点,为中药临床药学工作提供参考。This paper analyzed the treatment process of Chinese medicine for a patient with phlegm-heat obstructing lung type of pulmonary distention,discussed the characteristics of QingJin HuaTan Decoction combined with ZhiSou powder and the role played by pharmacists in the clinical treatment of such patients,highlighted the working characteristics of clinical pharmacists of Chinese medicine under individualized treatment,and provided a reference for clinical pharmacy of Chinese medicine.
