摘  要:前人研究表明,生物浸铀过程中浸矿和辅助浸矿微生物两者间存在协同作用,两者相互促进提高生物浸铀效率。浸矿和辅助浸矿微生物是如何相互促进,使彼此更好地得到生长,两者相互促进生长动力学模型是什么?Lotka-Volterra模型被广泛应用在两种间相互作用下生物数量增长模型研究中,对于生物浸铀中浸矿和辅助浸矿微生物生长动力学模型研究具有借鉴意义。由Lotka-Volterra模型得出了浸矿和辅助浸矿微生物独立共生和竞争共生方程,根据浸矿和辅助浸矿微生物协同特性建立了其生长动力学模型,由模型再推导出浸矿和辅助浸矿微生物协同作用稳定态点,该稳定态点与试验结果相差较小,说明生物浸铀浸矿和辅助浸矿微生物生长动力学模型拟合效果较好。将Lotka-Volterra模型应用到生物浸铀中,具有新颖性,提供了新的研究视角,对完善生物浸铀中微生物协同问题、提高生物浸铀效率具有重要的理论与实际意义。Previous studies have shown that there is a synergistic effect between main and secondary leaching microorganisms in bioleaching process,and the two promote each other to improve bioleaching efficiency.How do main and secondary leaching microorganisms promote each other and make each other grow better?What is the internal mechanism of their growth?Lotka-Volterra model is widely used in study of biological quantity growth model under two kinds of interaction,which has reference value for study of microbial growth kinetics model of main and secondary leaching microorganisms in biological leaching.Independent symbiosis and competitive symbiosis equations of main and secondary leaching microorganisms are obtained from Lotka-Volterra model,and the synergy kinetics model is established according to synergistic characteristics of main and secondary leaching microorganisms.The synergistic self-organizing stable point can be derived from the model.The difference between stable state point and experimental results is small,indicating that fitting effect of microbial growth kinetics models for bioleaching uranium leaching and auxiliary leaching is good.Application of Lotka-Volterra model to bioleaching is novel and provides a new research perspective.It has important theoretical and practical significance for improving problem of microbial synergy in bioleaching and improving bioleaching efficiency.
